I've been where you are. I was juggling a demanding finance job in NYC and reached a point where I was sacrificing my health and wellbeing for my career. I tried all the fads and trends, investing in expensive supplements and constantly switching my lifestyle to what I saw on social media - all while working long hours and weekends. Yet I continued to face symptoms of unknown causes and discomfort physically and mentally. 

In 2022, I took a leap and joined a 200-hr Yoga Teaching Training Program, which taught me principals beyond physical yoga postures. Through my training and practice, I finally found a mindfulness practice that led me to being healing physically and mentally. Teaching yoga showed me how impactful holistic health can be, and I wanted to continue sharing best practices and help others reach their goals as I was able to. In 2023, I enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to continue learning and become a certified Health Coach. 

I now help empower executive and career-driven women to prioritize their health and wellbeing to achieve both their life and career goals.
